William Lolli is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer who has provided IT services for 15 years. An IT consultant, author, reseller and technician, Mr. Lolli has expertise in high-performance server design for small businesses, Local and Wide Area Network integration-design and in Microsoft application technologies. Normal On-Site Assistance:
$175 per hour, billable in whole hours.
Emergency On-Site Assistance:
$245 per hour, billable in whole hours.
Telephone Off-Site Assistance:
Rates are variable from $155 per hour and discretionary. GoToMeeting is used as the remote software of choice.
